Michael P. Hellman has spent his entire legal career, nearly 25 years, representing only the injured worker or injured party. Mr. Hellman has repeatedly achieved outstanding results for his clients in Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Social Security Disability cases. A significant part of Michael's early legal career was spent with a large Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law firm in Chicago where he gained extensive trial experience and successfully resolved over 1,000 cases recovering millions of dollars for his clients. Michael then transferred that knowledge and experience over to the founding of his law firm in 2016.
Michael has achieved noted success for his clients while appearing before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, the Circuit Courts of Cook, Will and Kane Counties, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the Social Security Administration. From 2008-2009, Michael held the important Chair Person position of the Workers' Compensation Committee for the Chicago Bar Association. In addition to being active in the Chicago Bar Association, Michael is a longstanding member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, and the Kane County Bar Association. Michael is also a frequent presenter at various union halls and various Building and Construction Trade Organizations including Cook, Lake, Will, McHenry and Fox Valley.
